WILL MY MACROS BE PERSONALIZED?

YES! You’ll receive a challenging set of macros to use during the challenge. Keep in mind this macro set WILL NOT be the same as Cali’s Custom Macro Count.

WHAT EXERCISE EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED? CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM AT HOME?

Yes, you can do this program at home with the following equipment:

  • Dumbbells (5,10, and 15 lbs - increase if desired)

  • Bench or step

  • Mat

  • Towel

  • Water Bottle

WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE BEGIN?

The challenge begins on Monday, May 6, 2019.

WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE END?

The challenge ends on Sunday, June, 2, 2019.

What is the cutoff date for entering the challenge?

Friday, May 3, 2019.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE EXERCISE PROGRAM?

Your weekly workout schedule will be sent out April 29th, 2019.
