The Macro Method is a comprehensive guide on how to track macros as a tool for reaching your fitness goals. In this digital guide, I teach the importance of understanding your body type and the strategies for creating a nutrition plan that will work with your body’s genetic makeup, rather than against it. I don’t believe that dieting should be a “one-size-fits-all” approach because the way that one woman processes 140 grams of protein can be completely different than the way another woman processes the same amount. Once you have this tool in your health arsenal, you will never have to purchase a custom macro count or spend valuable time guessing what your body needs again.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN A MACRO CALCULATOR?
While a calculator may deliver an output of numbers for you to follow, The Macro Method was created to compact all of my knowledge about macros (through 10+ years of coaching and personal experience) so that you can reach your goals as quickly and effectively as possible. You will not find a more customized count when you follow this method of identifying your macros. Reading this guide and implementing the method is ultimately a time saver because you are skipping past months or years of using the wrong macros for your body type.

You can absolutely apply the same principles and methodology, you just have to be committed to getting creative with how you hit your numbers.
