“The gym has always been my stress reliever and the time that I set aside for myself. I turned 40 this year, I had two children 21 months apart and I gained 60 lbs with each pregnancy. So my body has been through it like most people my age. I have never struggled with consistency or being able to watch my diet, but it wasn't until I stumbled upon macro counting this last January that I really finally understood what worked for my body. I never took a pic in January-and I'm kicking myself for it! By the time I contacted you for a macro count in March I had lost about 10-12 lbs, but still felt like my numbers weren't quite right on my own. You completely dialed them in for me-adding calories and protein! I am now down 20 lbs total!!! I allow myself 2 untracked meals a week now, but I don't feel deprived so I don't go crazy anymore on those! This pic shows a 12 week progress using the numbers you gave me-from March until June.
