Protein Cheesecake Goodness

  • 1 container (32 oz) Greek yogurt, plain non-fat

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 sugar-free instant pudding (small)

  • Use almond milk to thin if needed (optional)

  • Combine ingredients in air-tight container or jar.

  • Let stand for 10-15 minutes

  • Refrigerate
